Well-being for Art

Today’s task was choosing a mantra to learn a few stitches in embroidery. This was my results. I chose letting go because I need to focus on letting go the pain of my recent traumatic fall, where I broke my humourus, shoulder and thumb wrist and patella.
for a couple of hours each week I’ve been attending this well-being for art course in Craigshill, Livingston and feeling an enormous benefit from this participation. It has helped me to forget my mental and physical issues as I immerse myself in the projects.

Learning to do split stitch and satin stitch and French knots was fun 🤩
